“Generally, we were very happy with the accommodation and had a lovely family get together at Stable House.”
It was very useful to have the 3 bath/shower rooms with 7 people staying. We also made good use of the garden, hot tub, patio area, table-tennis table and pool table. The kitchen / dining area was well equipped, though we thought a bread bin might be a useful addition, and we felt that it would be useful to have more cupboard space in the kitchen for food storage. Cleanliness was generally fine, wouldn't say 'spotless', and there was a faint doggy smell on arrival (but to be fair, there had been a lot of rain the week before and we were expecting a dog friendly property).
I must stress that the above are minor comments, and didn't really detract from our very enjoyable week away.
Many thanks for your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve what we offer our guests. We are sorry to hear that the house had a faint doggy smell. We will renew the room scenters in an effort to rectify this! Most of our guests do bring dogs with them, particularly as we are such a rural property.
