“Comments: plastic de-laminating on the toilet seat -not a recent issue happened some weeks ago.”

Why did the cleaning company not flag this to the maintenance company before our arrival. Property cleaning not to a good standard - windows cleaned months ago, shower glass still dirty. We have stayed in cheaper properties which have been better equipped - garden umbrella and cushions, milk jug sugar bowl bread bin spare toilet rolls - all missing. Dairy Cottage was comfortable and in a very rural situation which was wonderful - unfortunately spoilt by lack of maintenance and minimum ...

Score about 2 /10 and I would not recommend the property. What a shame.
