From here, the conservatory leads directly into the kitchen and dining area, making it easy to gather around the breakfast bar as pancakes are served straight from the hob, take a moment at the window seat, and move naturally between preparing meals and sitting down together in the dining area.
Nearby, the bright sitting room offers a comfortable place to unwind, with carpeted flooring, a sofa and armchairs arranged for relaxed evenings spent watching TV or chatting after a day outdoors.
Upstairs, the landing is decorated with artwork and leads to the bedrooms and bathroom, with a twin bedroom featuring a partial sloping ceiling, soft carpeting and countryside views, while the spacious double bedroom enjoys views of the River Bride flowing under the bridge, creating a peaceful setting to wake up to and unwind at the end of the day.
The bathroom includes a bath, basin and WC, ideal for slower evenings, while the ground‑floor shower room adds everyday convenience with a walk‑in shower, basin, WC and washing machine.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean property, perfectly placed for exploring the area.
Easy walk to Hive Beach Cafe for breakfast, and even easier walk to 3 Horseshoes for dinner and late afternoon drinks. Convenience store/Off licence very close by. The park and fields across the river from the cottage were perfect for walking our dog first thing in the morning and last thing at night. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
Everything was very good.
Our first impression on arrival was how spacious it was, and how clean. The only thing we felt was lacking was a teapot, and when we spoke to the owner he immediately provided this. The location (Burton Bradstock) was lovely - shops, pubs, cafes and post office all within walking distance, and as the property is on a bus route running along the Jurassic Coast, we could reach several places without using the car.
It exudes calm and relaxation from the minute we walked in.
A lot of thought went into this conversion and quality furnishings and furniture made all the difference to a good nights sleep or a comfortable time sitting in the lounge. Empty cupboards for our goodies in the kitchen so welcome and often not available ! The drying rack and peg carousel very helpful. A better quality 4 slice toaster would be helpful. Wonderfully situated for all you could want. Just perfect.Thank you.
