Well equiped, perfect location, dog freindly.

Perfect for beach and tram station with takeaways, restaurants and shops (local shops, Aldi and large Tesco) nearby. Car parking at rear of property easy to find but the owner did share a map too which was appreciated.

A comfortable and relaxing stay at Lyme mews, perfect location on the seafront with fantastic sea views.

The place was clean and warm with everything you would need for a week's stay. The owner left complimentary milk, wine and biscuits that was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend Lyme mews for a stay in Seaton

Patio full of weeds and rubbish- no bolt on gate.

I st floor bathroom heater marked out if order so floor and towels always wet. No dvd player in lounge. Conservatory very dirty outside. Property needs deep clean ie skirting boards/under sinks. Mould in top floor ceiling and in shower. Keys are sticking in locks - no front door key only porch door.
