Entry is via the secure doorway leading into a brightly lit hallway, gently rising stairs lead on to a landing, then onto the 2nd floor. Entry to Harbour Reach 7 is by a security style key, ensuring peace of mind for your stay. It cannot be cut or copied without the security card by anyone.

Upon entering the well-lit oak floored hallway that connects to all rooms, its time to hang your coats up on the wall rail just beside the entry door. Auto lighting ensures your wellbeing from your moment of entry. A front door security entry system also exists on the wall.

To the left is the entry to the very spacious light & airy lounge & fully fitted kitchen area, which embraces under counter lighting, a modern environmentally friendly area, consisting of a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, overhead extractor fan an air fryer, microwave., an electric toaster & of course an electric kettle to enjoy your first cup of tea or coffee to finally sit down & relax upon arrival. A full set of plates, cutlery & cooking utensils can be found in the kitchen unit drawer by the window, whilst a full range of pots & pans are to be found in the cupboard to the lower right of the oven.

The light oak floored easy to use & comfortable lounge area itself, consists of a table for 4 to relax & enjoy any meals you may plan to make, is especially welcoming at breakfast time. The window area has been converted into an easy area to use for a laptop or for writing your postcards to send back to friends & family.

Comfortable settees & other seating are there for all to enjoy total relaxation & comfort throughout your stay, once again every convenience has been considered for your comfort, including an unobtrusive ceiling light which benefits from a six speed almost silent powerful remote controlled fan, A velux window ensures a clean flow of air, while two modern draught free sash windows ensure plenty of light throughout. A conveniently located 42” wall mounted TV with free wi-fi throughout the apartment benefits all throughout your stay. A game compendium is also included.

Moving back towards the hallway, the first door to the left leads into the light & airy well-lit twin bedded fully carpeted & spacious bedroom. Once again furnished for complete comfort, with USB sockets, a bedside light together with the luxury of an unobtrusive remote controlled combined ceiling light & powerful silent ceiling fan, all enhance your comfort. Wardrobes & a drawer cabinet provide the combination for ease of unpacking your bags & a wall mounted tv with remote also there for your complete comfort. A digital safe is also within the wardrobe for the security of your valuables during your stay.

Next along the light oak finished floor in the hallway, is the door for electrical services, behind which is also the water stop valve & fuse trip switches. The electrical services are also tested for safety compliance on an annual basis, for which a safety certificate has been issued

The bathroom is next door along the corridor, once again clean & bright, fully tiled, with twin sockets for shavers or toothbrush chargers. A mirrored cabinet above the wash hand basin sitting on a twin draw base. Alongside this is a fitted hair dryer, a slimline radiator, & glass shelving, followed by a low level modern toilet, a full length mirror, twin towel rails are also fitted to the wall accompanied by a bench below & of course a modern corner shower, with non-slip flooring, as is continued across the entire bathroom floor together with a quiet but powerful ceiling fan automatically operated with the lighting. Auto safety lighting is also fitted within the area for those after dark visits.

Finally, the last door along the corridor leads to the fully carpeted master bedroom. Here we have a very comfortable king size bed, once again new for 2026, together with a spacious wardrobe & chest of drawers, a velux window together with a sash window provides ample light throughout the area. A comfy seat is in the corner for convenience & of course a remote-control ceiling light together with a powerful fan is also fitted. Bedside lights also accompany the bedside tables. A digital safe can also be found within the wardrobe.

Every room except the bathroom, is also fitted with multiple modern twin electrical sockets accompanied by USB ports.
