“The property itself was good for a group our size.”

It would be tight in the communal living area for any group larger. The table is far too big with very bulky chairs that basically take over the whole Lounge area. There should be a smaller square table that sits in the bay window but which is extendable should the space be needed. The beds were all a good size, new mattresses needed though as they have lost their overall comfort. Overall cleanliness in the bathrooms and kitchen needs a watch as I found 3 dead flies on the bathroom floor upon arrival! As the notes say, it is unfortunately quite noisy at night due to the Working men’s club 2 doors down, the pub opposite and a nightclub at the end of the road! I’m a light sleeper so found it very disturbing on the weekend nights. But during the day, the location was great for ease of exploring the harbour and Weymouth. Overall, a good place for a few days outside of summer season! The noise must be crazy in the busy season!

The property

The stunning, four-bedroom property named Pam's House is ideally situated just steps from Weymouth's scenic harbour.

For a family wishing to spend quality time together while taking in the bright seaside resort of Weymouth, the property is ideal!

From the front door, you can walk in just a few paces to a beautiful sandy beach with warm, shallow seas ideal for families, or spend some time exploring the harbour, which is home to a diverse array of art galleries and small coffee shops.

Three levels make up the building, with a studio apartment on the ground floor and the remaining living spaces on the first and second floors.

The open-plan living area on the first floor serves as the highlight of the house and is the ideal location to unwind after a stressful day.

Sit at the breakfast bar and keep the appointed chef company as they make dinner or make yourself at home on the sofa and watch something on the Smart TV.

The contemporary family bathroom, a bunk room, and a separate cloakroom are all located on this floor as well.

The second level has two double rooms, one of which is a king-size and the other is a double.

Both of these rooms have Smart TVs so you can watch your favourite shows before going to bed.

The studio apartment provides privacy for more than two households staying together and is accessible to persons with mobility challenges due to its one-level layout.

The ground floor of the property has been tastefully outfitted with a sofa, a flat-screen TV hung on the wall, a breakfast bar and stools in the living room.

The spacious double bedroom with storage is just beyond a short dividing wall.

A door from the bedroom goes into the utility room, which has a small selection of appliances and there is also a handy shower room.

Weymouth Harbour is close by, where you may enjoy some fish and chips while observing the boats and fisherman going out for their daily catch.

You can take a dip in the beautiful Smallmouth Bay's golden sands, eat at the Crab House Café's fresh seafood counter, stock up at a convenience store on necessities, or stroll along the South West Coastal Path.

The Victorian Nothe Fort, and the Weymouth Pavilion are all located elsewhere in the town.

For a great getaway with the entire family, pick Pam's House.
