Had a lovely stay.

Property was very comfortable and clean. The owner Steven was very helpful and friendly. Only problem for me was the stairs apart from that everything was really good.

The owner is extremely helpful and has provided great facilities for those with dogs . The accommodation is spacious with everything you need for a holiday break .The location is extremely convenient , with numerous lovely walks on the doorstep , and we noted that EV charging points are being installed opposite . Would recommend .

An amazing property in an excellent location comfort and cleanliness second to none, but most importantly it has the wow factor as you enter the lounge and main bedrooms and look out to sea .

Many thanks to the very helpful owner , and for allowing dogs at the property . The well maintained enclosed back garden was very much appreciated . There are super walks from the doorstep too , and many others a short drive from the property .

A lovely flat, stunning sea views and easy access into Weymouth, good bus routes as well.

Steven the owner very helpful. My husband did find the stairs to the first floor flat a little steep. We would love to go back to the ground floor flat but sadly it is fully booked for the spring, summer and early autumn months next year

We had the most wonderful stay.

Steve is the perfect host. We didn't need the TV on for the whole week, the view was everything and more than I could have ever hoped for. Just a Short walk into the centre which was great.

We booked this apartment as it was my mum's dream to own a home in this area.

She is originally from weymouth so when my passed a few months ago we booked it. Thank you Stephen your house/ apartment is amazing and everything hoped it would be. With a mile walk towards Bowleze and 15 minute walk to the jubilee clock. Everything is in walking distance. Will deffiantly book again.

Great property in lovely condition fantastic sea views everything you could need and a very pleasant owner, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful and roomy flat with gorgeous sea views.

Beds and seating in lounge very comfortable. Everything very clean except plugholes in bedroom sinks which could have done with cleaning out. Family room had a lot of condensation on the windows and water pooling on the sills- room was quite cold, although the other bedrooms and other living areas were well heated. Difficult to use the shower without water splashing and soaking bathroom floor, as bath screen did not seem large enough to contain it. Owner provided cot and highchair which were very useful. If you need these you might want to bring your own restraint for the highchair, as this was missing. Notwithstanding these issues, which were manageable, we still thoroughly enjoyed staying in the flat with it's enviable position. The only thing that would stop us going back would be only having one toilet between potentially 7 people.

We loved the apartment - it was great for our stay.

The only thing would be to have a separate toilet + perhaps dishwasher .The apartment had lots of little extras - DVDs Games etc.

This was our 2nd stay this year the apartment is very spacious clean and comfortable with a fabulous view and Steve the owner is very welcoming and helpful.

Will definately be returning and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A dishwasher would be handy with 7 people staying there but otherwise no complaints at all. Easy access to the beach and garden, plenty of space for 7 guests

This was a great apartment.

..….especially as we had Benji our dog who enjoyed a lot of time looking out of the bay window at passing people, dogs, gulls etc. Spacious and great accessibility to sea. Beds were very comfortable and useful to have sinks in 2 of the bedrooms.

An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment, with the most magnificent view over the bay, lovely walks direct from the door, and wonderful coastal and inland scenery to explore.

Very spacious and well kitted out. Ideal for walking along the prom into town or to Preston. Could do with a little bit of modernisation but everything was functional.

Excellent spacious accomodation with an outstanding view of the sea and Weymouth panorama.

We all had an excellent holiday. The property was in an extremely good location with good quality amenities within walking distance. The property was clean and well equipped. The cooking facilities were good, and I really cannot fault the property it was ideal for us. The views from the property were stunning. The owner was very helpful, calling round when we arrived welcoming us and passing on relevant information. We would like to rent the property again at some point. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Absolutely fantastic holiday as usual. We've been coming to various Dream Cottages properties for 16 years and we always have a great time. We have had the pleasure of staying in the same apartment last year and this (and have booked for next year too!) and we can't fault it. The view is spectacular, everywhere is clean and tidy, and well equipped, the owners are fantastic and friendly. Plus we walked so much that I'm pretty sure we all went down a dress size! We had a lovely holiday in Weymouth. We could not fault the apartment it was spacious, very comfortable, very clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the apartment was amazing and it was in a very good location. We would highly recommend these apartments. The owners were very helpful and friendly upon our arrival. This apartment will be top of our list to rent next time we holiday in Weymouth. Thank you for making our holiday a very memorable one. Stayed July 2018.
