What guests are saying
My partner and I stayed here for a couple of days to see the sights and relax for a couple of days.
When we arrived it was lovely and clean, and facilities were top notch. The only issues I did have was, there was no blinds downstairs, which would have been nice for some privacy, the shower head did not release a lot of pressure from each sprout of hole. The bedroom door notch was slightly hanging off. But the sofa and the bed was lovely and comfy and the kitchen was up to spec.
Fantastic break at Bracken cottage would definitely use again, great location for exploring the local area.
Excellent pub over the road, bus into Weymouth stops just around the corner and the lovely smugglers inn is walkable across the fields. Only very slight criticism would be for blinds or curtains downstairs to add a bit of privacy but that’s only a suggestion. Mick & Tracey
Flies were a very big issue, and became quite annoying.
But the bed was unbelievably comfortable.
