The property is well presented, clean and bright.

The only drawback is the shower room is a little small. There is ample parking space and it's a very short stroll to the beach and lovely scenery. Just down the road is the Wild Chesil Centre, which is very interesting and Chesil Beach itself. Both are well worth a visit. A lovely stay!

This is a beautifully decorated house in a great location 2 mins walk from Smallmouth Beach which is the best beach ever.

It has its own parking space, good recycling, Weymouth Monopoly, Connect 4 and cards to play. We were grateful for the washing line and the dishwasher, the separate dining room and the washing machine. However, it is important to point out that you are completely overlooked in every room. No blinds in the bedrooms for during the day so neighbours can see in, garden overlooked. Only the lounge had blinds. Downstairs bathroom: hard to turn off shower, water goes everywhere, shower curtain sticks to you, no mirror, basin impractical and tiny. It's like a wet room but with a minute basin and toilet, just awful. Kitchen was barely big enough for one person. Ice cube tray had lipstick or a smoothie on it. Dirty and scratched saucepans that we couldn't use. Only had 3 chopping knives all of which didn't cut properly. Upstairs bathroom: tiny bin with no bin bags provided for it and was broken. Couldn't wash hands properly in basin, no shower screen or curtain in bath so water went all over the floor, bath was minute. Extractor fan didn't work. Lack of storage in single room. Plug sockets weren't easy to get to in every room and not enough of them. No fans provided and it got very hot. Beds had very thick duvets on them and winter bedding. No bins or waste paper baskets in bedrooms or lounge.

Lovely property in a wonderful location, close to a great little beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairways, the house was very comfortable and clean. A couple of things could be better: thicker curtains, especially for the front room, given the streetlights right outside the window, and the drainage in the downstairs shower was difficult to manage after 3 people had used it.
