Burton View is a property made to steal your heart. With a stunning handmade kitchen and open plan living/dining area, it draws you into this exceptional home and then shares the jewel in its crown, show stopping Dorset coastline views, from every window.  A stay at Burton View is a luxurious experience, every detail to ensure a comfortable stay has been thought of, and the kitchen in particular has been finished to an exceptional standard.  From the large panoramic patio doors in the kitchen / lounge area to the landing window seats which are perfectly placed and comfortable enough for losing yourself, you can't help but delight in the views of the Jurassic Coastline that call you from every window.  Ideally situated in the picturesque Dorset village of Burton Bradstock, this holiday cottage is ideally located to make the most of the two good pubs in the village, The Anchor which serves fresh local seafood and The Three Horseshoes which serves homemade classics so you have the choice for a perfect lunch or dinner (we recommend booking in advance).  A conveniently located village post office / farm shop and mini supermarket provide grocery essentials.  Nearby you can try the Bridport Golf Course, visit the pretty harbour at West Bay or try fossil hunting along the coast.  Two beaches can be reached from Burton Bay; Hive beach is around a 20 minute stroll (2 minutes' drive) and hosts the acclaimed Hive Beach Cafe. Freshwater Beach which is overlooked from the Kitchen/living room and landing windows is a 10 minute walk.

Accommodation: Open plan kitchen with lounge area and large sliding patio doors to decked area and garden, dining area.  Second lounge. Shower room with shower, hand basin and toilet.  Stairs to first floor: Bedroom 1, kingsize double bed.  Bedroom 2, double bed.  Bedroom 3, double bed (presented as single room as access is on one side of the bed only).  Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

Things you need to know :- The beautiful garden has an uncovered pond and raised deck area, which means that it's not suitable for children under 7. About the Location

Burton Bradstock perfect for that holiday getaway. Well known for its’ prime position along the Jurassic Coast where the sandstone cliffs mark the start of Chesil beach, Burton Bradstock is a large and pretty village which has retained much of its’ character from a time when it’s inhabitants were made up a small community of farmers, fisherman, net makers and flax spinners. Burton Bradstock beach is a shelving shingle beach close to the village, with far reaching views across Lyme Bay and Chesil Bank. There are plenty of picturesque walks to choose from all along the coast and when you are tired, the village also boasts one of the finest seafood restaurants in the area ‘The Hive Beach Café’, where you can kick back and watch the world go by.
