A renovated Victorian terrace house located in a residential street, close to the award-winning beach and harbour of Weymouth in Dorset.

This Weymouth Cottage offers a fully modernised, spacious and versatile family living space.

With two sitting rooms, both with TV's, and a large kitchen diner with double patio doors which lead into a walled courtyard garden, this cottage offers comfortable space for all the family.

A second sitting room offers a TV, sofa and chair, whilst the Kitchen is a large space, with facilities to cook for all the family and for everyone to sit together and plan holiday adventures.

Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms; Bedroom 1 & 2 offer super king beds.

Bedroom 3 offers a king size bed.

Parking Permit available for the property that is valid at the Swannery Car Park approximately a 10 walk from the house. There is no parking available in the residential area but guests can park outside the house for about 10 minutes to enable them to drop belongings off at the property (subject to availability)
