    “Really cosy place which has everything you need.”

    Excellent location, only a 15 min walk into central but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Only feedback would be to provide bath towels/hand towels as it’s a little hassle having to bring them with us.

The property

Located in an area close to the RSPB Radipole Lake nature reserve in Weymouth, Dorset, Farthings is a lovely semi-detached holiday house with off road parking.

On the ground floor you will find a cosy sitting room with a TV, dining room and a generous fully equipped kitchen.

The first floor is home to the family bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

On the second floor you will find the large master en-suite shower bedroom with a king-size bed.

Weymouth town centre and beach are only a short walk where you can enjoy strolls along the Esplanade and paddling in the shallow waters of the sea.

Providing everything that you would expect from a traditional seaside resort, including amusement arcades and deck chairs on the beach, coupled with all the typical high street amenities you can have a full and enjoyable day out in Weymouth.

With a choice of numerous local restaurants and cafe's you can sample a vast array of Dorset’s delights including traditional fish and chips by the harbourside, cream teas and ice cream.

For the ramblers, or those who simply enjoy exploring on foot, the beautiful Rodwell trail is just a short stroll from Farthings and goes from Weymouth almost to Portland, with access to the coastal path.

Portland, West Bay, Charmouth, Lulworth and Durdle Door are all a short car or bus ride away if you want to discover even more of the famous World Heritage Jurassic coastline.

Perfectly situated in a tranquil residential area, after a busy day exploring you can return and unwind on the raised decking area in the garden whilst you plan another day's adventures.
