“The standard of cleanliness was poor especially the kitchen and conservatory.”

With the dishwasher both being clean, bin lids being dirty and there were stains and splashes on the kitchen cupboard doors and cobwebs in the conservatory. To be honest for the price charge I would have expected the property to be immaculate and it was far from this.
