    “My grading on cleanliness is not in relation to the overall cleaning of the property but to the fact that when we arrived and opened the front door, we were met with a smell of stale dirty water.”

    We traced the smell to a floor mop and bucket left in the storage cupboard in the hall which had not been rinsed out after use. This smell lingered for about three days until the mop dried out. ...

    We traced the smell to a floor mop and bucket left in the storage cupboard in the hall which had not been rinsed out after use. This smell lingered for about three days until the mop dried out. Maintenance work is needed on the bathroom door which will not close using the normal door catch. The only way to close it is to lock it from the inside, which could be a problem with any children at the property. In view of the price charged for this property, we feel that you could at least supply toilet paper that is of reasonable quality rather than the pathetic rubbish that we found in both bathrooms. We can only assume that you bought a job lot from "Poundstretchers" at about 5p per roll. We naturally paid a visit to a supermarket to buy an alternative. Every other holiday letting company that we have dealt with over the years has provided reasonable quality. This is a false economy on your part which will get you a bad reputation.

Townbridge Penthouse is a wonderful apartment set right on the harbour by the town bridge in seaside town of Weymouth, Dorset. With one bedroom boasting with en-suite shower and twin single bedroom you will have a perfect accommodation to suit your needs with plenty of storage space in both rooms. Both bedrooms have their own Juliet balcony’s if you wish to have a fresh breath of air in the morning when you get out of bed. In Townbridge Penthouse you are in the centre of the town with all main streets right at your doorstep.

Weymouth streets are full of many independent shops as well as famous street names as Debenhams and New Look if you fancy a bit of shopping. You will find a lot of choices of restaurants, pubs, cafés around the apartment.

You can choose to head to the town centre with sandy beach waiting for you too or cross the town bridge and venture along the Old Harbour towards Nothe Fort for some traditional fish and chips or other delicious seafood in Brewers Quay.

County town of Dorchester with few museums, river walks and beautiful independent shops is only a short drive away as well as seaside villages of West Bay with beautiful sand cliffs, Burton Bradstock to the West and Lulworth Cove and Osmington Mills to the East.

The property combines the luxury and convenience of a high-class conversion situated in a great location a few minutes from everything you should need for a memorable holiday.

Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated at the heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. This area is now a popular destination with many restaurants, café and bars, creating a vibrant culture, where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked away down the harbourside streets, you will find original Tudor harbour buildings, estimated to have been built in 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible exhibitions, and the harbour is also home to the lifting bridge, where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge to the town's winding streets of boutique shops and the seafront esplanade and beach. There is more to this seaside town than meets the eye; Brewers Quay is a much-loved holiday destination in Weymouth!
