    “The apartment is spacious and location is wonderful.”

    There were a couple of issues that were disappointing. Firstly, the building has a lift that doesn’t have the capacity to stop on the floor of this apartment going up. (Particularly strange as you can call it on that floor to go down ?!) permanent residents of the building confirmed this to be the how it is. This is not mentioned in the marketing material and could be a big issue for guests with reduced mobility or with young children. For us it meant issues lugging cases from the floor ...

    There were a couple of issues that were disappointing. Firstly, the building has a lift that doesn’t have the capacity to stop on the floor of this apartment going up. (Particularly strange as you can call it on that floor to go down ?!) permanent residents of the building confirmed this to be the how it is. This is not mentioned in the marketing material and could be a big issue for guests with reduced mobility or with young children. For us it meant issues lugging cases from the floor above on arrival day and having to walk down a floor everytime we came back to the apartment annoying but for some could be a dealbreaker. It should be made clear at the time of booking. Secondly, the boiler was not capable of running water hot enough for a bath. It was decidedly Luke warm. The en-suite shower was the only washing facility that ran hot enough. Again, annoying to have a facility that was there but not usable. Overall we enjoyed staying in the apartment which clean and comfortable and ideally located..

Townbridge Apartment is part of a development right on the harbourside by the beautiful town bridge in the seaside town of Weymouth, Dorset. The apartment is spacious and furnished to a high standard, offering very comfortable accommodation for all ages as it can be accessed via a lift or stairs.

The sociable living area with modern kitchen and all necessary equipment to prepare a delicious meal is a comfortable place to relax after a day on the beach or exploring the town, surrounding villages and the beautiful coast. Located in the hustle and bustle of the lively town centre, you are just a stone's throw from a variety of pubs and places to eat, including la carte dining on the harbourside, fresh seafood or good old-fashioned fish and chips, as well as popular cuisines from around the world.

Weymouth's Georgian seafront with its golden sands and shallow waters is just a short stroll away if you fancy eating out, or you can sip on a glass of wine as the sun sets and enjoy watching the passing yachts and fishing boats from your balcony.

In the height of summer, the bridge opens every two hours during the day to allow the boats to pass in and out of the harbour – a sight that must be seen if you are staying near – and staying at the Townbridge Apartment enables you to see it from your windows and balcony.

The property combines the luxury and convenience of a high-class conversion situated in a great location and is just a few minutes from everything you should need for a memorable holiday.

Brewers Quay is the old Victorian brewery situated at the heart of the harbour, in Weymouth, Dorset. Much of the grade II listed complex and surrounding brewery buildings date from the late 1800 early 1900’s and many have stones inlaid commemorating their construction year. This area is now a popular destination with many restaurants, café and bars, creating a vibrant culture, where you can relax with a drink and watch the world go by. Tucked away down the harbourside streets, you will find original Tudor harbour buildings, estimated to have been built in 1600 and well worth a visit, with a very interesting history to share. You will also find the Weymouth Museum, with some incredible exhibitions, and the harbour is also home to the lifting bridge, where you can watch the luxury yachts head out to sea, and then walk over the bridge to the town's winding streets of boutique shops and the seafront esplanade and beach. There is more to this seaside town than meets the eye; Brewers Quay is a much-loved holiday destination in Weymouth!

Whilst this apartment is accessible by a lift, this access to the property should not be solely relied upon as if not in operation due to maintenance / fault you will need to use the stairs.
Note: off road allocated underground gated parking for one car only. Size restriction of 1.8m high x 2m wide and 4.6m depth.
Note: a £50 refundable deposit is required for remote control to operate parking gates to be paid in cash on arrival.
Note: As this property is centrally located adjacent to pubs / restaurants and a night club, the lively atmosphere of the area should be considered when booking this property.
