The property

Situated in the heart of the bustling seaside town of Weymouth is Sail Boat, a fourth-floor modern apartment just a few minutes from the award-winning sandy beach of Weymouth and its historic harbour.

Renovated to provide a romantic retreat for two, styled in a nautical theme and offering fabulous features such as its two balconies and spacious bedroom, Sail Boat is a real gem in the centre of this Dorset hotspot.

Expect to find an amply equipped kitchen, home to an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer among the appliances, where you can rustle up a delicious feast for two.

Serve your lovingly prepared meal in the living/dining room with a collection of furnishings in shades of blue, where the dining table and chairs offer a perfect spot to tuck into your dish.

Retreat to the armchair or snuggle up on the sofa, flicking on the Smart TV to choose a new release to stream or make the most of the evening sun and take a seat at the bistro set out on the balcony, catching sight of the marina in the distance.

Freshen up in the fully-tiled bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower, before retiring to the bedroom, enjoying soft, pink furnishings and a king-size bed, along with plenty of storage and access to another balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee, with distant views of the marina.

Weymouth is the perfect seaside resort and has many attractions to keep you entertained throughout your stay; visit the SEA LIFE Centre where you can go on an underwater adventure and discover sharks, stingrays and turtles, or step back in time and explore the Nothe Fort, surrounded by stunning gardens, perfect for picnics in the warmer months.

Treat yourself to a Dorset ice-cream or tasty fish and chips as you stroll along the old marina or while away the hours watching the many tall ships, boast and yachts pass underneath the iconic town bridge from one of the many harbourside restaurants and pubs.

If you wish to explore more of the Jurassic coast, spectacular landmarks such as Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are only a 30-minute drive away, where you can revel in the most wonderful views from the clifftop coastal paths before cooling off with a dip in the sea.

However you spend your time holidaying in delightful Dorset, Sail Boat is an ideal base to explore the popular town of Weymouth and all that it has to offer.
