The property

Harbourside Landing is a beautiful, contemporary apartment situated next to the Old Harbour marina on Weymouth’s town bridge.

Finished to a high standard and offering very comfortable accommodation for a family or group of friends, this is a bright and airy first floor apartment which can be accessed either by a lift or stairs.

With a modern interior and a luxury feel throughout, Harbourside Landing offers stunning views from the balcony over the harbour and yachts.

In the height of summer, Weymouth town bridge opens every two hours during the day to allow boats to pass in and out of the inner harbour; a lovely sight for adults and children alike.

From here, watch the world go by whilst you enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of your day.

Moving through the property from the hallway into the living/kitchen diner, relax on one of the snug sofas with a good book or catch up on your favourite TV shows.

Sink back into the comfy cushions and plan your days ahead or gather around the dining table and enjoy a home cooked meal.

The kitchen caters for all your culinary needs and the open plan living allows you to all socialise together.

There are two well-presented bedrooms; one king with doors leading to another balcony and one twin, both guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep after a busy day exploring all that Weymouth has to offer.

There is a bathroom with a bath and shower over; a tranquil space to freshen up in.

Weymouth is a lively seaside town with an array of shops, cafes and bars all on your doorstep.

The award winning sandy beach is less than a 10-minute walk from the property and is backed by an attractive Georgian seafront with plenty of family attractions to discover.

In the summer months enjoy donkey rides on the beach, Punch & Judy shows and arcades to keep the little ones entertained.

Venture across the town bridge towards the Nothe Gardens and Fort complete with a shingle beach and shallow waters that reveal fascinating rock pools.

A short drive away is a vibrant county town of Dorchester with museums, river walks and markets.

Dorchester is full of character and history with many eateries to choose from in the popular Brewers Square which has a Covent Garden atmosphere with its alfresco dining.

Venture further and you will find a seaside village of West Bay with glorious red cliffs and the small village of Burton Bradstock to the West and Lulworth Cove and Osmington Mills to the East.

Harbourside Landing really is the perfect home away from home, boasting from a wonderful location to enjoy a seaside holiday and all the delights of Dorset.

The popular resort of Weymouth makes an outstanding year-round holiday destination, with a wide variety of attractions on offer, appealing to all tastes and ages. The glorious golden sandy beaches have excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports, whilst from the picturesque, bustling harbour you can take regular fishing trips. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!

Note: Parking bay measures 1.8m high by 1.7m wide by 4.6m deep so please make sure your car will fit into the space before you arrive, there is no alternative parking for the apartment. Strictly one vehicle only.

Note: As this property is centrally located adjacent to pubs / restaurants and a night club, the lively atmosphere of the area should be considered when booking this property.
