The property

Casa Merocca is a charming mid-terrace cottage located on a quiet residential street near Weymouth's town centre.

The cottage is well-suited for a family of four's holiday in Dorset, with contemporary conveniences, pleasant living rooms, and easy access to neighbouring facilities.

Upon entering the property, follow the corridor along and into a show-stopping kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, built-in microwave, and fridge/freezer; observe the bright and contemporary area with a Velux window soaking the space in light while rustling up home-cooked delicacies.

Make a table for two at the breakfast bar, or grab a bottle from the wine cooler and set a table for four in the adjacent living/dining room.

Delightful furniture create a cosy sitting space where you may unwind on the cushioned sofas while watching a movie or reading a book from the bookcase.

A convenient utility completes the ground floor, with a washing machine to keep your vacation clothing fresh and a cloakroom to swiftly clean up in before dinner!

A luxurious bathroom awaits you upstairs, where you can unwind and wash away the stresses of the day in either a peaceful bubble bath or a walk-in shower.

Climb into one of two attractive bedrooms: a king-size with Mediterranean-style décor and pastel-blue walls, or a twin with ample storage for little children.

Start your day off right with an alfresco breakfast in the garden with outdoor seats while planning your day's activities.

Weymouth is a bustling coastal town with plenty of sights and amenities around.

The Red Lion is close by for refreshing drinks and classic meals, and a convenience shop has everything you need.

Further into town, take a stroll around Weymouth Peace Garden, explore the Victorian Nothe Fort's labyrinth of tunnels, or cross the bridge to watch the boats sail along the harbour.

Pack your towels and enjoy fish and chips on Weymouth's golden sand beach before visiting Sandworld to see the magnificent sculptures.

South of Casa Merocca, you'll find other beautiful beaches like Castle Cove and Chesil Beach, as well as several must-see landmarks like Portland Castle, Blacknor Fort, and Portland Bill Lighthouse on the untamed Isle of Portland.

Stop by RSPB Radipole Lake for a wildlife haven, and venture into Dorset AONB for spectacular, historic coasts, heathland, and woods.

Travel north to Dorchester, where the family historians will find a plethora of museums, as well as a discovered 4th-century Roman Town House and the National Trust's Max Gate, Thomas Hardy's former house.

Stop off at Bridport, a vibrant market town with a plethora of attractive cafés, Bridport & West Dorset Golf Club to put your swing to the test, and Bridport Museum to discover intriguing fossils as you travel along the Jurassic coast.
