    “The property was clean, well maintained and well equipped, but with some niggles.”

    No chain on the plug in the bathroom wash basin and the cold water tap was stiff and difficult to turn off, hence dripping tap. No undercupboard stairs in Emminster, so no cleaner. Coasters to place hot drinks on should be provided. Two main concerns: 1. Directions were poor, Harbour Hill not signposted. Suggest the following: "If pass the hexagon house on your right, go over bridge and turn left, sign posted Chickerill" "Wey Meadow stables on your left". 2. Being elderly I need ...

Being elderly I need bannisters to go upstairs. The bannisters on the right hand side were restricted half way up when there was no room to hold on between the bannister and the wall.
