Also boasting a sofa and wall mounted TV as well as the gas flame effect fire, this is the perfect room for everyone to come together at the end of the day and relax.

A separate utility room means you can make use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The sitting room offers a range of seating, with a large wall-mounted TV so you can catch up on all your favourite shows of an evening or have a competitive games night on the games console or with the games in the toy box.

Sea-Esta is ideally located for you to park up the car and walk everywhere on your holiday, with both the beach and town centre just a few short minutes walk from the front door.

Weymouth’s award winning beach, offers soft golden sands, shallow waters and plenty of traditional beachside activities to keep the whole family entertained.

If you arrive by train you are only around a 10-minute walk from the property or a very short taxi ride.

For those who want to venture further afield why not take the open top ferry to Portland from Weymouth Harbour or jump in the car and enjoy a drive of around 30 minutes to find Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, both UNESCO world heritage sites.

With plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafés within easy walking distance of the house, Sea-Esta is perfectly placed for you to enjoy all that Weymouth and Dorset have to offer.

The glorious golden sandy beaches have excellent facilities for all kinds of watersports, whilst from the picturesque, bustling harbour you can take regular fishing trips. A short drive takes you to Portland Harbour, and the rugged “Isle” of Portland, linked to Weymouth by the dramatic Chesil Beach. Visit Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s “Casterbridge”, only 7 miles away, or take a journey along the scenic coastal road and call in at Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens. Alternatively, just head down to West Bay - the views of the stunning Dorset Heritage Coastline are not to be missed!

From 1 Jan 2022 there will be no on street permits for the house. However, there are unlimited time parking bays a short 2/3 minute walk away on a first come first served basis and there is a map of the free streets in the front of the information pack. There is also evening parking on the sea front for a small fee.
Owner also has three parking permits available until January 2023 for use in The Swannery and Lodmoor car parks
