“Overall the apartment was ok, there were a few issues, table night next to furniture was not working, same with the side desk lights in bedroom.”
The side cabinet draws kept opening and sliding forward.
The side cabinet draws kept opening and sliding forward. The toilet brush was brown in centre. The apartment was well decorated overall and clean.- Mr Mcmorrow, September 2020
“Better parking there were cars in the supposed allocated car parking spaces.”
Coat hooks within the flat would be helpful otherwise good loved the big TV!- Mr Preston, August 2020
“The appartment was fine, however the parking spot was a bit small we have a medium size car a larger one would not have got in.”
The key box was hidden on the side of the house between two meter boxes about 3 foot off the floor, first we could not find it, it was not in the information sent to us and with out the help of a lady who lived there we would have been in trouble also it was difficult to get at,if we had be less mobile we could not have got keys back in box. Finally the house was in the middle of an estate with a warren of streets and no way of finding which way to go. We do not have a sat nav spent a long time driving and walking to find the best way to sea and shops. Maybe a local street map high lighting the best way would be useful in the house booklet. We have stayed with Dreamcottages several times and had a great time, we would not stay here again, sadly we also find it is getting much to expensive to rent you cottages, I know this is a strange year but we could take our Granddaughter abroad on holiday for not much more than we payed for this one.- Mrs Foster, August 2020
“Parked in the allocated space.”
Received notes on windscreen saying the car would get scratched. Quite arun part of the neighbourhood ,didnt feel comfy walking, plenty of drinking drugs and loud music. Happening all day and arguments at night. We recieved a complaint about ourselves when we hadn't left apartment. I assume the tenants dont like the apartment let out to holiday makers- Ms Prior, August 2020
“Lovely compact "cottage".”
Loads of kitchen utensils, a dishwasher and a washer dryer :) Great location for our needs. Bed and sofa a little uncomfortable for a larger person. Parking space ridiculously small - should warm people to come in a tiny car. Only 1 key and lack of proper lock on apartment door was quite limiting to our party. We all had to be in or out at the same time. Would I book here again? Yes, for 2 people only.- Mr Oxland-price, February 2020
“Good place to stay nice comfortable beds bathroom needs cleaning blinds and walls dirty otherwise a nice place to stay”- Mr Reece, September 2019
“The apartment was clean and compact, with comfortable beds and a good shower.”
It was in a good location, only a 15 minute walk to Weymouth centre and beach. There are some excellent National Trust places nearby - Thomas Hardy’s Cottage, Max Gate, Clouds Hill, Kingston Lacy and Corfe Castle - all well worth a visit. The Quarry Stone Sculptures at Portland Bill are also interesting to walk round.- Mrs Haycock, September 2019
“Very dirty exterior.”
Difficulty with keys. Apartment very small.- Mrs Moore, May 2019
“No. Everything went to plan.”- Mr Lunt, April 2019

Only short walk to centre/seafront Accommodation was well maintained and suitable for family - stayed July 2016- Mr Scott Cooling, Aug 2016
“Lovely, clean apartment within walking distance of the main town and beach.”
It had it's own parking space so it was good to be able to leave the car there and walk into Weymouth town. We visited so many wonderful places, like Corfe Castle, Portland Lighthouse, Chesil Beach, Bovington Tank Museum and Bridport. Would definitely come back, lovely part of the country. Stayed June 2016- Mrs Hayley Holdsworth, Jul 2016
