    “A lovely comfortable cottage.”

We slightly misunderstood the listing info - this cottage has an ELECTRIC woodburner - don't take logs like we did!! Ha Ha!

We slightly misunderstood the listing info - this cottage has an ELECTRIC woodburner - don't take logs like we did!! Ha Ha! A couple of tips: to get the electric ovens to work you need to set the clock time. When using the key safe you do need to walk round in what looks like the neighbours' drive. This cottage does have oven gloves. Bedding fantastic, both bathrooms lovely. We had a great time.

The property

Honeypot Cottage is a traditional thatched cottage dating back to 1740 and is situated in the village of Preston, Weymouth and adjacent to many of the village amenities.

Off the dining room is a lovely sun room with table and chairs and views over the garden.

The ground floor is complete by a contemporary shower room and utility room.

Venture up the staircase to find three elegantly-presented bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, each offering delightful spaces to catch your rest after an action-packed day.

The rear of the property is an attractive garden where you can relax in the sunshine with a good book and a glass of wine.
