  • “We have stayed in this property before it became a holiday let, so we knew what to expect.”

The new bathroom is a welcome improvement, however we still feel that you have overpriced it taking into account its rather cramped nature, particularly the bedrooms. We also find Friday-Friday bookings extremely inconvenient - we assume this is to fit in with your cleaners avoiding weekends (we did find the cottage to be excellently clean and tidy).
