The ensuite shower needed to be bigger as it was quite poky, toilet flushes weren't good. Being a penthouse it was very hot,fan was provided but you can't have windows open at night due to the noisy traffic. Not an ideal location, noise wise as it's on a busy junction. There was no cupboard space to put food. Both settee's need replacing as one seat in either one was very uncomfortable with no support due to the spring's must worn. It could be a lovely holiday let if it was updated and potentially new windows to reduce the outside noise.

The property

Auberge is a superb second floor apartment that is in the same period building as Sea Star and Azure.

Finished to an impressive standard, this second floor apartment is situated in the great location of Greenhill, Weymouth, right opposite the pretty Greenhill gardens and pastel coloured beach huts.

All just a hop and a skip from the beach and esplanade.

The modern kitchen provides the perfect location for cooking up some holiday treats, and the lounge the perfect place to kick back and relax after long days on the beach and exploring Dorset.

With two bright and fresh en-suite bedrooms to relax and catch up on your sleep before another holiday adventure.

Weymouth is proud of its sandy golden award winning beach and rightly so, its shallow waters and soft sand provide the perfect place to create the family memories.

Within a 10 minute walk you will find all the town centre amenities that you need, as well as restaurants and bars.

Head to the harbour and watch the boats sail past, the bridge lift or the daily fish catch being landed.

There is always something exciting to see.

For those who want to explore more, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are only a short drive of around 25 minutes away, and provide jaw dropping views and scenes to explore, and plenty of ice cream to be eaten too.

Monkey world with it’s extraordinary work rescuing monkeys from around the world or the Tank Museum where you can explore military history.

Dorset has much to offer.
