“An opportunity for a family gathering of ages ranging from 3 years - 69 years for a long weekend.”

The space was amazing, a very well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for our party of 12, the bedrooms we used had comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers/baths. The games room opposite was a huge hit with everyone as were the animals and chickens; fresh eggs were a bonus along with the welcome items. Would say very rustic but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A walk around the village was a joy, everyone we came across stopped for a friendly chat. We had Sunday lunch at The Oak ...

The games room opposite was a huge hit with everyone as were the animals and chickens; fresh eggs were a bonus along with the welcome items. Would say very rustic but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A walk around the village was a joy, everyone we came across stopped for a friendly chat. We had Sunday lunch at The Oak just down the road from the property and the food was delicious; we pre ordered due to the large number in the group and the pub were very accommodating and again very welcoming. Our 3 year old visitor said he wanted to stay as, like the rest of us, he loved running through the muddy puddles in the yard.
