The property

Culverwells is a detached property set in a quiet and tranquil rural village of Dalwood in East Devon.

The property has been decorated and furnished in keeping its charming country style whilst also benefiting from a large modern kitchen and bathrooms one with a jacuzzi bath and four bedrooms.

Why not take advantage of the wonderful sun room which has two walls of bi-fold doors which allow you to enjoy the spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.

This area is popular with walkers and has a variety of rambles possible from your own door.

The Tucker's Arms in the village is a beautiful thatched old English pub with a cosy interior which serves fine ales and good food with a warm atmosphere.

Culverwells is perfectly located for exploring the wonderful Jurassic coast with the popular seaside resorts of Lyme Regis perfect for fossil hunting, Beer, Seaton and Sidmouth just a short drive away.

Guests interested in indulging in local produce will find an abundance in the area, the acclaimed Lyme Bay Winery is a short drive away and farms throughout the area provide cheese and meat, whilst the proximity to the coast ensures fresh seafood.
