You take a sharp turn down a steep hill into Upton and you just follow the lane up and down the hills until you arrive at the car park and cafe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/1098179_10152267997189491_1881359388_n.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/1098179_10152267997189491_1881359388_n-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"1098179_10152267997189491_1881359388_n\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 <a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo-16.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo-16-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"photo 16\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_0019.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_0019-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0019\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Parking can be a little pricey in the summer but it is totally worth it (around \u00a36 per car) you could always park at the top and walk, it\u2019s free in the winter and dog friendly.<\/p>\n<p>I always think I could go on holiday to Ringstead even though I live close by!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo-20.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo-20-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"photo 20\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo-21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo-21-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"photo 21\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/uploads\/2014\/06\/photo-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"photo\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one of my favorite places in the county. It\u2019s the perfect place for summer (or even winter!) BBQ\u2019s with friends, crabbing, dog walking, swimming, rock pooling and on that particular day a romantic walk with my partner to stroll off all the Christmas food!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the summer there is a popular cafe which serves a delicious crab sarnie and yummy cream tea. You can buy most essentials if your renting a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dream-cottages.co.uk\">holiday cottage <\/a>which is handy as I doubt very much you will want to leave once you\u2019ve arrived!<\/p>\n<p>From Ringstead I recommend a short walk along the coast path to Osmington ending up at<a href=\"http:\/\/smugglersinnosmingtonmills.co.uk\/\"> The Smugglers Pub<\/a>.
