Sea - less than 1 minute (approx. 50m). Rose Cottage is a tastefully presented Victorian terraced property, it's also perfectly placed. The beautiful meandering Nothe Gardens and Newton's Cove, a little beach area and promenade with stunning views, is virtually on the door step. Just as close is the lovely Brewers Quay, with its alfresco restaurants, cafes and friendly pubs - perfect for lunches, dinners or even just a drink in the sun. Just beyond is the picturesque harbour with its colourful boats, picture-postcard cottages, and more places to eat, boat trips to go on and even fishing on the quayside if you fancy it. The town centre, marina and main beach with its golden sands and shallow waters are all just a short walk away. You probably won't use your car when staying at Rose Cottage, but if you should chose to go further afield you'll find a whole host of attractions, activities and places to explore - from Abbotsbury Swannery to skiing at Warmwell, and the famous Durdle Door just down the coast.
