Riverbank Cottage offers peace and tranquillity being located in an excellent position. Built in 1849 and refurbished throughout, the cottage is completely separate but semi-detached to it's neighbour (Millwater Cottage). The surrounding countryside is a delight to any country lover and a Ramblers dream. Riverbank Cottage has its own enclosed private garden area which overlooks the river Cory that has fishing rights. The cottage is half a mile from the 'Best Kept Village' of yesteryear at Dalwood. The popular 'Tuckers Arms', a seventeenth century Inn offers very good food and hospitality. The bustling town of Axminster famous for its carpet and Thursday market day lies three miles from the cottage. Lyme Regis, Beer and Seaton are all within a seven mile journey to the coast. The trout farm at Membury should tempt the fisher person and don't forget the memorable fishing trips from Lyme Regis and Beer.
