Accommodation: Quirky arrangement with half landings leading to some rooms.  Kitchen / dining room. Utility room.  Cloakroom, toilet and hand basin.  Covered courtyard area.  1st floor: Cloakroom, toilet and hand basin.  Bedroom 1, twin single 2'6" wide beds. Bedroom 2, twin single beds.  Lounge, with Harbour views.  2nd floor: Family bathroom, bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.  Bedroom 3, twin single beds.  Bedroom 4, kingsize double bed, hand basin, harbour views.  French door to rear balcony area.  3rd Floor: Bedroom 5, kingsize double bed, ensuite bath with rinse attachment, hand basin and toilet, sliding doors, south facing sun terrace overlooking Weymouth Harbour, with table and chairs for 6 people (children should be supervised on the balcony areas).

The owners of Harbour Retreat require a £200 refundable damage deposit payable on booking.  This will be refunded subject to a satisfactory check after your departure.
