Property Details

Harbour Edge is an attractive and well presented upper ground floor apartment which enjoys wonderful panoramic views of Weymouth Harbour.  Luxury yachts, modest cruisers and fishing boats all bob up and down in the harbour outside the property.  You can hear the gentle clink of the boats as they take a snooze before their next adventure out to sea.  In the evening the colourful lights from the harbourside restaurants and pubs throw fleeting colours on the black inky water.  The various restaurants and pubs dotted along the harbourside offer an extensive choice of venues for an evening out, cuisines from around the world are on offer as well as traditional fish and chips for those who like the idea of eating al fresco by the harbourside!  Weymouth's attractive Georgian sea front presents a picture of years gone by.  The golden sands and shallow waters of the beach along with the Punch & Judy shows, donkey rides and trampolines capture the best in time-honored seaside holidays.  Harbour Edge is so well placed that there is no need for a car to access the beach or town.  However, if you wish to venture out, exploring Dorset's world Heritage Coastline and the picturesque villages dotted along the way is an excellent way of seeing another side to this beautiful county.

Accommodation:  7 steps from street level to front door.  Shared initial hallway with front door to Harbour Edge:  Lounge/kitchen/diner with bay window, views of harbour.  Bedroom 1, twin single beds.  Compact bathroom, bath with shower over, hand basin, toilet.  Bedroom 2, double bed, ensuite shower room with hand basin and toilet.  Door (from bedroom 2) to back patio and terrace.

Services in addition to standard equipment:  Gas central heating.  Fridge, freezer, washing machine, DVD player.  Patio furniture.  Linen hire inclusive, please state requirements when booking.  Smoking outside only please. 

 

Important information regarding car parking over the Olympics:

A Zone L permit will be valid from 27th July 2012 to midnight Monday 13th August 2012 to park in the Weymouth Old Town( West) car park (this is the sloped car park behind Brewars Quay).  This is car parking is subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE THE CAR PARKING PERMIT FOR THE NOTHE CAR PARK WILL NOT BE VALID BETWEEN 27TH JULY AND THE 13TH AUGUST INCLUSIVE.
