Set within the peaceful and sleepy east Devon village of Kenton, Primrose Cottage is a beautiful cottage with a surprisingly spacious interior.  Recently renovated, the cottage has had lavish care and attention paid to it whilst the owners have thought carefully to ensure their guest's stay is as enjoyable as possible.  Two comfortable and stylish lounges both have log burners and flat screen TVs.  Original art complements the palette of neutrals throughout the property and ample living space ensures that even on inclement days your stay will be a pleasurable one.   For sunny days the enclosed lawned garden is a perfect spot to relax.  The village of Kenton has a pretty square, village shop and post office, pubs, restaurants and a takeaway.  Just a few minutes' drive away is Powderham Castle, Estate and country store - a perfect place to spend a leisurely day or to enjoy the Jousting Tournaments in the summer months.  The nearby popular resort of Dawlish Warren has a pretty green where you may see ducks and the famous black swans on the water and on some days even catch a musical rendition in the bandstand whilst enjoying an ice cream on the lawn.  Surrounding the green are a good variety of shops, restaurants, pubs and amusements with a beach adjacent. The City of Exeter is just a short drive away with its vibrant shopping malls.   Beaches, quaint villages and visitor attractions are all choices and with so many possibilities available while staying at Primrose Cottage it is the perfect location for a visit to Devon.
