Set high up, the detached property is spacious and all of the living and bedrooms except for the twin bedroom benefit from a picture window which has wondrous views - in some bedrooms you may sit in bed and take in the vista.

 The four bedrooms are complemented by a shower room downstairs and a full bathroom with shower and double ended bath upstairs.  As well as the decking there is a grassed garden area where children or pets may enjoy playing.

Just a five minute stroll down hill you will find a small high street with co-op food store, pubs, a cafe and newsagents.  Another five minutes will take you to the acclaimed Chesil beach, an attractive shingle beach, where you can relax on the beach, view water sports or go fishing.  Adjacent to the beach, is a fresh seafood cafe where the `catch of the day' is served and a pub which offers a variety of dishes. 

The main resort of Weymouth is just a few minutes away by car or you may catch a bus from the nearby high street.  The long sandy beach is famous for its shallow waters and the pretty Georgian seafront hosts an array of restaurants and cafes, behind which are the high streets, with ample shopping possibilities.

As Belle Vue House is in an elevated position on a hillside, it is accessed by a flight of 56 steps so would not be suitable for those with mobility / walking issues
