Barnacle Cottage is a charming Edwardian terraced property located in an elevated position just two minutes walk from the Old Harbour.   It is also well positioned for the beach, Brewers Quay, Nothe Gardens, Newton's Cove, and the town centre.  The property benefits from an enclosed garden with lawn, conservatory and an en-suite to the master bedroom.  A short stroll down to Brewers Quay will take you to restaurants, tea rooms, pubs and the converted old brewery which now houses shops perfect for browsing in as well as a museum - 'The Time Walk'.  Nearby Weymouth beach is long and sandy with shallow waters which entice bathers. Traditional beach attractions such as donkey rides, Punch and Judy and trampolines help enhance the beach experience.  With many activities possible in Weymouth from a boat trip around the coast, visiting the Nothe Fort or a day at the Sealife Centre it is possible to have fun filled days throughout your holiday.  If the weather is not so sunny a visit to the nine screen cinema, ten pin bowling or Sharkeys indoor play area are a few other options.  A short drive away you may visit one of the many pretty villages in Dorset such as Abbottsbury where there is also a Swannery and sub-tropical gardens.
