Above the Bay is a detached bungalow with glorious views over the Lodmoor Nature Reserve and further out towards the sea. The Lodmoor Nature reserve has an exciting array of both indigenous and visiting species of animals and birds. Enjoy sitting on the front patio (or on inclement days in the lounge) and spying with binoculars deer, rabbits and Marsh Harriers. You may view the ever changing landscape of the sea in the distance and the sailing craft passing or participating in events. Just a 5 minute stroll on a path through the nature reserve will take you to the beach at Weymouth / Preston, another 5 minutes and you will be at the main Weymouth beach and town which has a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes. Just a short walk from Above the Bay is a children's park, the Oasis Cafe, The Spy Glass Inn and a convenience store. The property has recently enjoyed a complete renovation with new kitchen, bathrooms, decor and furnishings. Venturing out further afield you may wish to visit the local beauty spots of Ringstead Bay, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, all an easy drive through glorious aspects of coast and countryside.
